Kl28 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions governing the use of the kl28 platform, accessible via kl28.best ("Platform"). By registering an account, making your first deposit or using any kl28 service, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one kl28 account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing inaccurate or false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.

If you suspect that your kl28 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately via the in-platform live chat for instant suspension as a precautionary measure.

All financial transactions at kl28 – whether deposits or withdrawals – are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. kl28 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The deposit methods accepted by kl28 are as follows:

Kl28 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all kl28 bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonuses are valid for one active account per individual, per IP address, per device, and per payment method
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players

In-play betting (live betting) is subject to additional rules relating to real-time odds changes. kl28 is not responsible for any delays in odds updates caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.

The kl28 VIP Programme is designed to reward active and loyal players. VIP membership offers a range of benefits including higher cashback, increased betting limits, priority withdrawal processing and access to exclusive promotions. The following terms apply to the kl28 VIP Programme:

• VIP eligibility is determined by net wagering volume within a set period — not by total deposit amount
• VIP tier can up or down subject to playing activity during the periodic review period
• VIP benefits – including cashback and bonuses – are granted at kl28's discretion and do not guarantee any minimum return
• Credited VIP Rewards carry an expiry period as stated in the terms of each individual reward

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net game losses within the specified period and credited automatically on the designated day. Players are responsible for ensuring their account is active and free of any restrictions at the time of cashback crediting.

Kl28 expects all players to conduct themselves respectfully and ethically while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using offensive, racist, abusive or threatening language in the game chat or when communicating with the kl28 support team
• Attempting to disrupt, cheat, or take unfair advantage of other players in live table games
• Spreading false or misleading information about kl28 on social media platforms or third-party websites
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live table games
• Filing false or fraudulent chargeback claims related to kl28 transactions
• Using a VPN or other technology to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions

Kl28 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Finding that a player does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., underage)
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player
• A period of inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their kl28 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@kl28.best. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete, provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

For accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms, kl28 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements and any winnings derived through conduct that violates these Terms. The original valid deposit balance may be returned at kl28's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

Kl28 provides its platform on a best-effort basis to ensure continuous availability and a smooth user experience. However, kl28 does not accept liability for:

• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by issues on the part of payment service providers (e.g., Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or banking institutions)
• Financial losses incurred by players as a result of their own wagering decisions
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the kl28 platform

Kl28's maximum liability to any player in any situation is limited to the player's current account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Kl28 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes or industry developments. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version on the kl28 website.

For material amendments — meaning changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — kl28 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is urgently required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the kl28 platform after an amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your valid balance before the amendment comes into effect.
